Surface Preparation
Automated Zinc Phosphate Pre-Treatment
JSSEPL's hot-dip pre-treatment line supports surface cleaning, activation, zinc phosphating, rinsing, passivation and dry-off before powder application.
The line combines process tanks with filtration and circulation equipment that helps maintain bath cleanliness and stable chemical performance. An oil skimmer at the KOD tank removes floating oil, while dedicated filtration supports the phosphating and major process tanks.
The documented line uses eight tanks plus one dry-off stage and follows a total pre-treatment cycle of approximately 35 minutes.
