JSSEPL's semi-automatic shot blasting booth supports surface preparation before powder coating where mechanical cleaning is appropriate.
The booth includes a semi-automatic recovery arrangement and a 1,000 kg hopper. Its documented batch handling area is approximately 15 square metres, with a booth size of 5 × 4 × 3 metres.
Cycle time varies with the component, surface condition and specified preparation requirement.
