JSSEPL's powder coating facility includes a dedicated quality laboratory and inspection area for process and finished-coating checks.
The documented laboratory resources support dry film thickness, adhesion, gloss, impact resistance, bend, colour, surface roughness, lighting and related process checks.
Inspection forms part of the production flow before packing and dispatch, with a defined rework route where required.
