Industrial Surface Finishing
Powder Coating from Surface Preparation to Final Inspection
JSSEPL operates a conveyorized powder coating facility supported by automated zinc phosphating, shot blasting, controlled powder application, LPG curing and in-house inspection.
The documented production flow covers loading, cleaning, activation, phosphating, passivation, dry-off, coating, curing, inspection, packing and dispatch. This organized sequence supports repeatable preparation and coating control for industrial components.
The facility includes two coating booths, a 67-metre conveyor system and dedicated testing resources for coating thickness, adhesion, gloss, impact resistance and related checks.
